Anyone else dealing with this?

I am on my second UTI infection of this pregnancy and I believe my second GBS infection of this pregnancy. I just finished up my antibiotics for my first GBS infection about 2 weeks ago and I went to my doctor on Thursday and they told me I have another UTI and apparently another GBS infection! With my first child, I had frequent UTIs so I'm used to that but I'm at a loss for the GBS infections. I did have my first ever GBS infection back in January of this year before I became pregnant, of course. I don't know how I'm getting all of these. I am a very clean person and shower once sometimes twice a day.
