Is There a Way to Improve Grades by Retaking Subjects

I got a very bad CG in my coding subjects, which has badly affected my overall CG. Although I didn’t get any backlogs in them, is there any way I can retake those subjects and improve my grades as now i can score much better in them without any effort ? If anyone knows about this, please tell if someone have any information regarding that . plsss
