My teenage daughter has a meltdown every time she feels she is growing up.

Meltdowns

My daughter, who is 14 years old and is autistic level 1, like me, is having very bad meltdowns every time I ask her to change her clothes. She wears the same t-shirt for a week and refuses to let me wash it. It is a problem, because she takes showers and then uses the same clothes, so she stinks. Today, we got to the bottom of it. She told us that she does not want to wear anything else because she is growing and the clothes are showing that, so, she does not want to grow, physically, emotionally, or in any way, and feels so frustrated because she can not stop it, now she is inconsolable and I don't know how to help her.
