Is there a size guide for the new merch anywhere?

I didn’t see one on the website, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist, maybe I just couldn’t find it. I’m specifically looking for one bc of the shorts, I really like them but I can’t know if they’ll fit at all without a size guide. Ik it says size up but without a size guide idk which size to size up from 🥲 there just might not be a size guide I wouldn’t be surprised but just thought i’d see if anyone found one!
