FF13-2 issues on pc.......

Hi everyone, i recently finished 13 on gamepass and wanted to instantly start part2. I played the first 2 hours yesterday and the next time i played, it wouldn't load my save data and it was only showing one save which is odd because the game has auto save and manual save. I re installed the game on a different drive and now when it saves, it crashes. This is really frustrating, does anyone know why this is happening??
