[LotM Ch 93] Klein naming the Fallen Creator

Mr Fool tells Alger that the True Creator can more appropriately be called the Fallen Creator.

Aside of Klein's having some funny "idea" trying to respond to Alger's question, I don't think he's exact reasoning was provided.

Is he just making stuff up to intimidate Alger, or does he not want the Tarot Club to address the True Creator directly in case that's dangerous? Or is he just openly direspecting a god?
