Why is Cash Joannie’s “Golden Child”?

TL;DR: Not only is Cash the favorite, Joannie doesn’t like her other children. Why?

Of Joannie’s (four bio) children, we’ve repeatedly seen her favoritism with Cash. But why? Why is it that he gets special treatment in daily life? I’m not even referring to the fact that he has high support needs as a profoundly autistic child and needs more supervision. I mean the constant adoration, sickening quasi-incestuous affection, all of the “I love yous” in practically every video, buying him whatever he wants and when he wants, taking him wherever he wants to go…in Joannie’s eyes he can do no wrong. Turns a blind eye to his abuse and plays down his challenging ways. Makes constant excuses for him. Yes, he’s her cash cow and gets her views. But again it’s not what I’m referring to because she was doting on him before TikTok fame. She would still favor Cash even if he didn’t make her money. She will bend over backwards for Cash for him to be happy, yet not advocate for what he needs to thrive, keep him safe, or provide him lifeskills. Anything he says or does is just so precious and funny to her.

This can’t just be because he’s the first born; can it be? If she were to show the other kids some type of love then it wouldn’t be noticeable. Yet not only does she not do this, it seems like she even purposely goes out of her way to not do so and actually avoiding them altogether! It goes beyond glass child syndrome for them.

Seriously, I really want to know why she has placed Cash on a pedestal while the others sit back and get ignored, and when she does bother with them it’s never the extent that she interacts with Cash. What is he, what is it about him that the other kids don’t fulfill in her?
