Please anybody give me the suggestion what should I do

Please help my father is a businessman and 2 months ago out electricity bill come 73k and it's a shock my father gone to the electricity department there nobody said anything and told that came after a week and then this same thing is repeating from past 2 months my father had went there at least 15 to 16 times they always tell to wait half or 1 hr and then say sahab is busy pata nahi inka sahab kya karta hai jo itna busy hota hai kya karu please help abhi mera bhi padhai me dikkat hota hai aur to aur ye log bolte bhi nahi hai ki seedha seedha ki paisa chiye bol do na seedha de denga kya kar sakte hai baad me case ho jayega 😭
