Smart Start Waived Fees- Still Being Charged?

Hello

I just got my IID, the judge waived all fees.

Exact quote in the paperwork is “Defendant is ordered to make Partial Payments of all fees associated with the installation, maintenance and any other subsequent fees of the approved ignition interlock device as follows:

All fees waived”

I see on my Smart Start portal, it says I have a balance of 123, with a payment of 3 dollars due on the 29th of September…

I’m so confused and wondering if anyone else has any experience with this or clarity, I will call Smart Start but that’s been a whole ordeal every time so far so checking what folks have to say here first.
