Map help

In Skarr Trail, there's a room where you fight waves of enemies, and Shakra helps you. After this fight, sha sells the Skarr Trail map.

What happened to me is that, during the fight, I died and, at the same time, she did the final blow, ending the fight. When I got to the room again, she wasn't there.

I went back to Bone Bottom and she wasn't selling this map, and later, in Gilded City, she wasn't selling either. Is this a bug? Is there a way I can get this map? I don't want to make another save file to 100%
