Interview in an Hour need help

I just landed an interview for today. I suck at interviews how should i respond i know im going to blank. For reference i asked about 2 weeks ago i asked what are alternative jobs for experience. I have no background experience in industrial maintenance aside from school. ( PlCs, hydraulics, electrical, and power transmissions). is it bad if i kind of bs and overvalue myself or will it just back fire on me.
