Best awakened traits for regular bow

I tried finding this answer already but does anyone know if the ability damage trait is worth getting on a regular bow? I’m not sure if auto attacks while enchanted quiver E is active are considered ability damage? I feel like the answer is no, so the increased auto attacks damage trait be better to take, except for the fact that then you don’t get to boost your Q and W damage.

I’m planning to awaken a 5.4 for trio depths and I think my priority on traits is cooldown reduction, max HP, IP and then either auto attack damage or ability damage depending on which of these are better.
