Please help, Advice from the experts required.

I’m here to ask for some help of all you people who are a lot more knowledgeable than me regarding back garden landscaping.

I’m currently in the process of getting quotes from local companies for my back garden to be fully landscaped. I am based in Preston (Uk). As you can see from the photo’s the garden is currently in a poor state. We have been having major works done on our house so the back garden has been just a bit of a dumping ground and forgotten about. We are now at a point where we need a garden for our children to play out, the cheapest quote we have had so far for our back garden done is £13000…. We simply cannot afford this amount so we are looking at different options or maybe slightly cheaper alternatives? Are the quotes of £13000 excessive ? We definitely need fake grass rather than turf as our garden gets really boggy during the winter months. We would also like an area at the bottom of the garden to place some garden furniture to sit out in the sun. The quotes we have had also include all our fences to be over boarded with feather board. What other options could we go for to bring down the cost ?

I have uploaded a proposed plan to give some sort of idea what I have asked for. I’m open to all options.
