Laminate Kitchen Worktop Installation in Dublin

Hey folks,

I’m trying to get a laminate worktop installed in my kitchen here in Dublin (about 220cm x 175cm). I’ve reached out to a couple of places already but the quotes I got were shocking. One came back at €2,400 just for installation. For context, the IKEA worktop itself only cost me €300.

I’m not looking for anything fancy, just a decent, reliable job done at a fair price. Ideally around €300–€500 for the installation.

Has anyone here had theirs done recently and can recommend someone who won’t charge crazy money?
