Unit absolutely disgusting with only 1 only the premium fixtures we pay extra for

Needing advice on my options here Im located In Bexar County, Texas if that helps out

I saved for over a year to have a huuuge nest egg before I decided to look for an apartment. There were small red flags here and there with the complex but here in San Antonio, almost all complex seem like shady car salesmen so I try to just look for a unit that large enough and habitable. I had only toured rhe same floorplan, not the actual unit, so I called and they said they couldn't do a walk through because it wasn't ready. They didnt want to do a walk through the day of move-in, said to just list whatever was wrong in the inventory and condition form. That's when alarms starting blaring for me.

I moved in this past Saturday and the unit is DISGUSTING. It very obviously was never cleaned after the last tenant moved. Bathroom vents don't work, bathroom sink doesn't drain, shower is absolutely disgusting- no one would ever want to step foot inside, the 3rd floor patio seems like its going to collapse, I have NONE, besides just the microwave, of the premium appliances I paid extra for, drawers dont work, fan in master looks like its going to come off at any minute. The list goes on and on and on.

Do I have any ground to void the lease since I applied and paid for a premium apartment and none for the features are there, as well as obviously never having been cleaned, and all the other damages and safety concerns?
