Horrible pain in head when I stand up, move around, etc

Last night, all I was doing was laying in bed watching tv when suddenly, I felt sharp pains in the left side of my head, towards top/middle coming and going. I kept feeling weird, not sure how to explain but just did. I didn’t feel good a bit prior because I definitely ate too much for dinner and I was extremely tired. I thought it could’ve been from tiredness so I went to bed but I woke up at 6am to get ready to go for work but the second I got out of bed, I almost fell to the floor with the wave of pain I had in my head. Same spot and all. I walked into the kitchen to grab myself some cereal and I turned my head, that wave hit again. I chugged some water cause I thought maybe I was dehydrated as I didn’t think I drank enough yesterday and hours later I feel the same. I tried to eat my cereal but I felt so nauseous so I couldn’t. I decided to call out of work & went back to sleep for a bit. Just got up and feel the same, went to the bathroom & when I got up, that pain hit.
Key things: It lasts for maybe 10 seconds when it happens, only on left side, while it’s mainly when I’m not laying down it does still feel faintly painful no matter what if that makes sense.
I do wear glasses & the past few days for some reason my left eye has been twitching a lot so i’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but I just had an eye appointment the other day (when the twitching started) and they said everything was fine (besides eye pressure as they couldn’t get a reading of my left eye) other than that, no issues with it.
I used to get extremely severe migraines when I was a baby till age 16 (when I started BC, they stopped… knock on wood). I even had a MRI at a point to check for a brain tumor as they were so bad, thankfully didn’t show one. The migraines included vomiting, extreme dizziness, sensitivity to light, vision changes, and much more. I took sumatriptan nasal spray whenever one came on & I’d feel awful for 3 days after. And honestly, this pain and everything I’m currently experiencing, feels like how I’d feel after I’d have a migraine.
I do have seasonal allergies so I am a bit stuffed up after a drastic change in weather going from 80F to high 65F and windy so sometimes pressure does get to me but I’m unsure if that could be this.
I definitely don’t have the money for CT Scan (and I’ve had quite a few this year due to my kidney condition) so I’d rather not go to my doctor as she is going to probably recommend that. My primary is tbh not the best and anytime I have an issue, she tries to refer me elsewhere or randomly puts me on meds, I never feel like she truly listens & I also have a very time getting into an appt with her. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
