30mg lexapro success stories? How long did it take?

I was doing great on 25mg (yes, I know it's an off-label dose) for over 2 years. But in mid-July, my obsessive fears and body hyperawareness came back with a vengeance.

With my doctor's permission, I've been on 30mg for about 3 and a half weeks now. Still really struggling.

Does/did anyone here do well on 30, and if so, how long did it take to really see benefits?
