Thoughts on this

So I had a classmate, who's a Kashmiri now studying a DU. I think he took someone's place who deserved it more than him. He's pretty good at studies and took science in school then after 12th He gave cuet and got a crappy college without his Kashmiri quota then the next year He tried again, gave CUET but this time with Kashmiri Quota, and got a pretty good college at north campus in DU. Now he's there doing BBA or Bcom, i don't remember exactly but Now he's making music there and going to clubs doing hook-ups. I know it's his life but he used a du seat as a getaway which was someone else's dream, i mean people die for DU and he got it with quota which he didn't wanted to do in the first place, because he took science in 12th, ik you can change your path whenever you want, but he didn't deserve that, if he wants to make music, go to a music school or some other college. why use QUOTA and shatter someone else who's more deserving. I'm not writing this because i'm jealous, i had a much better life than him. but now he's just living a life of hook-ups and all that. Weren't Quotas introduced to HELP the minority or they are now just used as getaways and have fun cards.

So anyone have any thoughts on this???
