Chance me on BS/MD!

I would appreciate if anyone could chance me for BS/MD programs! I'm unsure about if my application is up to standard with all the profiles I've seen on here and need some advice. I'm most worried about my ECs, but I don't think my academics are specifically any better off. For reference, I am a senior.

Bio: Indian, Female, middle-class, public highschool in SoCal

GPA: 4.0 UW, 4.58 W (low weighted due to the amount of classes I've taken + non-weighted honors classes)

APs:

9th - Bio: 4, Human Geo: 4

10th - World History: 5, Eng Lang: 5, Comp Sci Principles: 3

11th - Chem: 4, Physics 1 : 4, Precalculus: 4, Psychology: 5

ECs:

- SCYNA

- USABO participant, USABO Club VP --> President: mentoring-menteeing system I'm implementing this year to help students across the campus w/ biology --> awarding volunteer hours to mentors, planning collaboration (potentially district-wide w/ science clubs at other highschools?) for events to raise $$$ for disadvantaged high-schools

- Biotechnology course taken at community college, self-studied AP Bio freshman year

- currently volunteering at an urgent care in my area: shadowing Medical Assistants with simple procedures (B-12 injections, EKG, infection/wound cleaning), urinalysis, front desk work (greeting patients, answering questions, helping w/ check-in), documents (faxes, paperwork, consent forms, etc.), restocking/cleaning. projected hours = ~75 hrs, 5 hrs/wk (by the end of November, but I will be continuing to volunteer throughout the school year & possibly through the summer.)

as for why I want to go into medicine, my grandfather suddenly developed an autoimmune disorder and became paralyzed in response to a COVID vaccine, and I made a presentation/diagnosis overnight. my brother was also born with some health complications at birth, but he is currently doing well; I want to talk about his strength etc. I may also mention a mysterious acute skin rash (I think it was an overreaction of my immune system in response to two bug bites) I developed in March last year, it affected my academics (especially April ACT and May AP exams) and went away by the end of May.
