Can't give out league bonuses? - Glitch

Hi guys!

CWL has ended for my clan, and I wanted to give out the league bonuses and start a new war.

However, the button for both has just completely disappeared for me! Normally you are supposed to get the 'you got promoted!' screen, but I didn't get that either. Could someone help? It seems like I'm never gonna be able to ever start a new war now 😂
