Budget 480i/p to 540p/1080i convertion on HD CRT

Hello everyone, I have a Toshiba 34HF85 that I want to reduce input lag on. What's the cheapest options for upscaling wii/ps2/ogxbox to 540p? I know about the ossc pro but I want to know what my options are for doing this with the cheapest options out there thanks!
