Odds of i-485 getting denied?

Hi, has anyone had experiences with i-485 denied with approved i-140? My PD is dec 23 ROW and my stem opt ended last may and transitioned to day 1cpt. Anxiously waiting to file my i-485 and wanted to know if anyone had expressed with their 485 getting denied and what to keep in mind.
