Hardest part about starting a company is........

The hardest parts of starting a business nobody talks about....

Everyone says "just start" but that's good and bad advice. Here's what actually works:

Actually starting: You'll spend 6 months convincing yourself you need more research, a better logo, or one more feature before launching. Just ship something ugly and see if people care.

Finding the real problem: Most founders think they know what their market needs. Reality check - you're probably solving imaginary problems that sound important in your head but aren't painful enough for people to actually pay for.

Staying flexible: Your first idea will be wrong. Your second one too. The companies that survive are the ones that talk to customers obsessively and aren't too proud to completely change direction when the market tells them to.

Stop building in isolation. Build something basic, talk to real people in your target market, then rebuild based on what they actually tell you. Rinse and repeat until something clicks.

We built Consuelo an AI sales coaching that cuts rep ramp time in half. Zara lets reps practice objections through roleplay, Mercury gives real-time on-screen guidance during live calls. New reps get expert-level coaching from day one instead of learning through months of trial and error.

Curious: What's been your biggest "oh shit, I was completely wrong" moment?
