Urgent help needed

So basically mere yaha 2 new kaam Wali one is around 16 and other is around 18,ik people will rant about childlabour but both are girls and there father died they have no one else to support financially to them they had to leave school and quit their studies,so my family offered them work at home just for cleaning stuff 1 hour per day and 5k month does anyone know any other easy way to earn and super cheap schools in gorakhpur so atleast they can pass there 12th
