Best appetizers or appetizer samplers in Chicago?

I READ THE RULES

I’m thinking wings, potato skins, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers. Bonus points if it comes out on one giant platter with ranch cups overflowing.

Does any place in Chicago still do a real appetizer sampler like it’s 1998 at TGI Friday’s? Or do you have any recs for a place with a solid lineup of appetizers?
