Visa appointment help with QR

Hello guys so finally with a lot of efforts i got the appointment to collect my titre de séjour at lyon prefecture

On the appointment it is written that will receive a QR code 7 days before the appointment and my appointment is on this 17th.

So is it normal or should i be concerned please help.
