Cold Water Tap

Is anyone else’s cold water running really warm today? Trying to thaw some shrimp for lunch but they’re turning pale pink - turns out my tap is putting out cold water at nearly 90° after running it for ~5 minutes. Bathroom taps both similarly warm. I’m near St. Claude & Elysian Fields.
