Advice on Positioning a Dev Team for Long-Term Investors

I lead a team of developers with strong technical resources (Unity/Unreal, multiplayer systems, AI-driven gameplay). We’ve shipped projects before and now want to take on a larger, long-term venture.

Since we have the manpower but not the funding, I’m trying to figure out the best way to make our team attractive to long-term, value-minded investors.

For those of you with experience in private or early-stage investments: what qualities or structures do you look for before committing capital to a team like ours? Any advice on how we should position ourselves for the next 10+ years would be appreciated.
