Worried about ALS

I had my reflexes checked about 6 months ago and it said my wrist flexion was. 4+/5. It's in my right side, which is where i've been feeling weakness. I don't know how to explain it just feels weak and coming from my shoulder. I'm only 21 and i see so many young people on tiktok who were diagnosed.
