CMV: Kirk didn’t deserve what happened to him yesterday.

I am going to first off say that I’m left-wing, but I don’t like the Democrats. I didn’t like Kirk or shared his beliefs either, but I respected him for wanting to preserve the right to use our freedom of speech.

Political violence, and violence, in any form should be rejected. It is never okay. I don’t think it’s right that someone should have to die, in front of thousands— and on live feed for millions, or billions, to see.

I am not religious either, but my thoughts are out to his family— of whom lost a father, a husband, a son, and so forth.

Like him or not, he didn’t deserve to be assassinated— that’s what it is. There’s no sugarcoating it. Political violence is never okay.
