Alcohol consumption.

Just a genuine observation. Has anyone noticed the opening of ON-SHOP or new budget restro bars in every nook and corner of guwahati ? They just keep coming up every week. Who is directly benefiting from this.Has this positively/ negatively affected the people here, specially the youth ? Is this also true for other districts as well ?
