Cruiser Advice

I’m trying to play cruisers a bit more since battleship play can be a bit tiring(and outside of Libertdad, which I can’t be asked to grind pit, I think I’ve gone through every battleship that suits my playstyle.

Anyways, I’m currently sitting at Charles Martel, and the T5s for Pan-Asia, Commonwealth, and Netherlands, and trying to decide where I want to focus my efforts most. I love playing French battleships and German cruisers, and trying to match towards that a little. Commonwealth and PA can about because I really, really like playing Gambia and I read Cerberus and Jinan were closest to those at a top tier.

So…any recommendations on those for? Should say I’d probably rather Leeuw than Utrecht on the NED side.
