What character do you wish could support an ongoing series?

There are some characters that can on occasion get a mini series but have never gotten an ongoing series, or at least one recently. This makes it kind of difficult to establish a status quo for the character as writers are only there for a handful of issues or the character isn't the main focus and no one has an authoritative voice.

Think about how many times they have had Roy Harper relapse and get clean, because the character often doesn't have the runway to explore new ideas.

It doesn't have to be something where the character suddenly becomes popular enough where you can safely assume the character will always have an ongoing like with the trinity. Perhaps it's something more like the current poison ivy run where it's a really good ongoing but it probably won't last forever.

For me, I would love another Martian Manhunter ongoing series. I love the single ongoing he got from Ostrander, but that was 25 years ago. I think he could really use a new status quo and for someone to come in and make sense of all the disparate martian lore we've gotten over the years.
