Asked how my labor & delivery will go

The sun card popped out, I take it that whatever happens, things will turn out okay. My interpretation is that the labor/delivery can go a few different ways and it all depends on how I prepare myself, mentally and physically, for it. I need to buckle down and start taking care of myself…going for walks, stretching, ect. The knight of Swords always kind of throws me off.
