I need help and desperately with logging into my account on Google (Windows 11)

For context, my mom thought it'd be a good idea to log me out of my main account, and now i can't log back in because of the bloody verification they send to the number linked to the account, but the number linked to my account is no longer active and can't change it! Please help.
