Anyone Else Experiencing Hair Loss & Thyroid Condition

So I need to know if anyone else here has gone through this because I feel like I’m losing tons of hair on my shower floor every day.

I recently found out I have a thyroid condition (hypo), and ever since then, my hair has been falling out like crazy.

It’s not like normal shedding…it’s all over, diffuse thinning, and my scalp feels super dry. My doc says it’s because the thyroid messes with the hair growth cycle.

I feel this is a confidence killer and it has really been affecting me on and off work.

I'd like to hear from you. Have you experienced the same? What helped you? Supplements? Scalp massages? Switching shampoos? I’m trying to avoid super harsh treatments because my scalp is already sensitive.
