Wholesale Arts and Crafts

Hi all, family and I are going to KL next April. My wife is into making handmade arts and crafts and I wanted to know where some good shops are to buy stuff cheap. Looking for wholesale sort of shops, out of the way, not based in malls etc. Anything with beads, ribbons, card, stamps, as well as gift bags, envelopes etc is her preference rather than paint, brushes, pencils etc. Any recommendations is much appreciated Thanks!
