Why is feminism in india so weak and disorganized?

I feel like feminism doesn't have a strong voice in india. All the feminism I've seen in india have been quite disappointing and surface level. I want feminist theories that actually deeply research the state of women in the country cuz indian women have issues that are unique compared to women of other countries. I wish we had an Indian Andrea dworkin or something.
