GMVA initial interview

Hello po. I have initial interview with GMVA scheduled tom and I need advise on how to properly answer if tanungin ako regarding sa current job ko sa BPO. I have it it my resume and di pa po ako naka submit ng resignation letter kasi im applying palang sa VA jobs. What should be the best response if ever like magsisinungaling ba ako na I'm already rendering or is it ok to tell them that I'm willing to submit my resignation effective immediately?
