Entry Level IT Job Market Cleveland?

Currently working in sales and considering a career change. I’m looking at some online training available through Google/comptia/etc for entry level IT roles. Figure a realistic first job would be help desk or IT support.

What’s the current job market in Cleveland like for these type of roles? Where should I go to look for this type of role? Any other insight appreciated.
