Villain jams on the turn and I have AA

1/2 8 handed 300 eff

I’m on the button with AsAh folds to Hijack who opens to $10, cutoff folds. I 3-bet to $30 SB calls, BB folds, Hijack calls.

Flop: KhQh6c SB checks, LoJack bets $35, I call, SB folds

Turn: 8s He checks, I bet $75, he jams $250

Now this guy was new to table, however I did see him call a 4bet jam with A6 suited

Didn’t know if the guy just flopped a two pair/set on me but it put me in the tank. What would you do in this spot?
