Was eBay hacked last night? They sent me an At Risk warning and requested Photo ID, I got nervous sent it in immediately and this morning they sent an email said No Action required it was an error.

I was wondering why I was sent a red warning when I logged in telling me to send in my Drivers License photo ID before Sept 13 or else I will either have a restriction or hold on my payouts.

I was thinking this is strange it could be a data breach Ive never had this request in my 16 years on ebay. I sent it in last night and this morning they said it was a mistake to ignore it, Im wondering if they were hacked and there could be a data breach.

Im a bit paranoid because this happened years ago with my bank, but luckily I never sent in the photo id or photo of my SS when they requested, I was about too but the bank sent me a phone alert warning of a breach and said do not send in any photo ID or SS.
