Higgins or Hollywood?

Can't believe I'm ever asking this... Higgins is a solid wr2 and usually an automatic start. But he finished this past week with 6 points. Hollywood had a ton of targets and 20 points.

PPR scoring, who would you start ?

Thank y'all !
