100% while Idle

My specs are:

RX 9070 XT Saphire Nitro+
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
And a ASUS TUF B850 board

i got this pc yesterday and i looked on the task manager and i saw 100% 3D and it can't be a virus like i've read and im so lost coz i am looking for the past 3 hours for a solution and i tried reseting my pc and also underclocking/undervolting sooo idk what can be the issue.
