I die most of the time in hide n seek

so mostly when im seeker i just cant get kills, i go to the upper floor as most of the people now go to the upper floor to find the exist(most of the time in my games exist is in the upper floors) so what should i do to pass hide n seek

i don't have any good powers

only got like parkour artist(got nerfed) medic, 120, shit
