New to Dynasty, Am I Overpaying for Warren?

Hi, I’m new to dynasty so I don’t know trade values thay well.

I really want Tyler Warren.

I was going to offer Kraft, 26 1st Round, 27 2nd Round.

I have no clue if I’m overpaying for underpaying or what.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
