organising videos I download from youtube

hey guys

I downloaded some channels I like from youtube to rewatch - educational stuff mainly - and basically when Jdownloader saves them they end up in the format of 2024-03-05 Dog ate cat.mp4 and so on.

But when i show plex the folder of my youtube videos, which itself has the subfolders of each channel it gets really messy.

For a start it doesn't really organise subfolders well, and the interface is really difficult.

Secondly all the videos are no longer in chronological order - it deletes the date stamp and then lists the videos out of order.

Is there a way to fix this please?
