Can you see emotions?

Weird thought but anyone feel like they can see emotion? Like in an almost empathy kind of way but not like feel, like I'll be talking to someone or see them walking and some time I'll literally see like an image of there emotional facial expressions, but I don't know if there actually feeling some way or making some face. It'll be in the corner of my eye but not all the time sometimes I'll look at them directly and I'll see like an almost invisible emotional outline of what there feeling at that moment anyone else get this?
