Good Friendly & Tight-knit Regiments (either faction)?

I had a great time playing in the CLAM regiment, but at the moment they are on-pause after burning out last war. Are there any other smaller, friendly & tight-knit regiments looking to recruit folks?

I like artillery and production, but would love to explore Naval and/or Tank action also!
