Introducing...

**Trilobite**

**Description:**

The Trilobite is a heavy Illuminate tank first sighted near the end of the First Galactic War.

Armed with a devastating beam cannon, dual mortar plasma launchers, and twin hull-mounted plasma repeaters, it can shred Helldivers and fortifications alike.

Often deployed alongside Illuminate infantry, Trilobites excel at bombardment and frontline assaults. Helldivers are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution when engaging these war machines.

What does it do?

\- The **Trilobite** is a large Illuminate tank that is equipped with a **heavy beam cannon, dual mortar plasma launchers**, and **twin hull-mounted plasma repeaters**

\- The Trilobite may be encountered in patrols, guarding Illuminate structures, and can be summoned as part of Illuminate reinforcements

\- **Based on where a Helldiver is when it spots them**, Trilobites will either fire its heavy beam cannon and plasma repeaters directly at Helldivers at close-medium range, or fire its dual mortar plasma launchers at long range

\- In mortar firing mode, Trilobites will stop to aim their plasma cannon and lob plasma projectiles in an arcing trajectory

\- If a Helldiver gets too close to a Trilobite, the Trilobite may attempt to boost itself and ram the Helldiver

\- Trilobites share the same spawn rate with **Harvesters**
